本案為預售屋客變設計，面對有限的預算挑戰，我們以「留白」為空間語彙，讓尚未成形的空間在客戶的需求中自由展開。
透過光影與空氣的流動，營造出輕盈且舒適的生活節奏。
溫潤的木質調立面，如時間的印記，賦予空間穩定與溫暖，陪伴居者在變化中尋得安心感。
我們以機能為本，結合細膩規劃，靈活回應客變需求，在預算範圍內實現美學與實用的完美平衡。
特別關注寵物共居生活，在系統櫃與餐櫃設計中融入貼心細節，讓人與毛孩共享溫馨日常。
這不僅是空間的調整，更是生活本質的詩意書寫。
Design Concept
This project is a renovation for a pre-sale home, facing the challenge of a limited budget. We use “emptiness” as the language of the space, allowing the unfinished areas to naturally take shape according to the client’s needs. Through the flow of light and air, we create a light and comfortable living rhythm.
The warm wood-toned façades, like marks of time, bring stability and warmth to the space, giving the residents a sense of comfort amid change.
With a focus on functionality and careful planning, we flexibly respond to the renovation requirements and achieve a perfect balance of aesthetics and practicality within the budget.
Special attention is given to living with pets, incorporating thoughtful details into the cabinetry and dining storage to create a warm daily life shared with furry companions.
This is not just a space transformation; it is a poetic expression of the essence of living.
